Campaign conditions

Updated: 26 October 2026. The organiser and recipient of contributions is Asociación Cultural Unión Metalera Manchega (UMM), NIF G27587005, registered under no. 34971 in the Registro General de Asociaciones de Castilla-La Mancha. Target: €10,000. Closes: 24 November 2026 at 23:59, Europe/Madrid. Contributing does not confer UMM membership, a share in profits or any advertised tax benefits.

Rewards and delivery

€10: plastic cup with logo. €20: Solitary Reign Lager tasting and an exclusive surprise, the details of which are yet to be specified. €30: exclusive T-shirt; design, sizes and availability are yet to be confirmed. A contribution of your chosen amount has no physical reward. Options are not automatically cumulative. This website adds no charges; any shipping and its cost require prior agreement.

Rewards will be delivered even if the funding target is not reached. Collection is planned at the venue on opening day, for which no date has yet been confirmed. If the venue does not open, UMM must arrange an alternative delivery method; the location, procedure and date are yet to be confirmed. Failure to reach the target does not remove the right to the reward. Alcohol tastings require participants to be of legal age and must comply with applicable rules.

Payment and identification

After the form is validated, the single Viva Quick Pay link can be opened. Enter the exact amount manually there and, if a notes field is available, the reward and the reference from the summary. This website does not set the amount in Viva, receive card details or verify payments automatically. Opening Viva or returning to this website is not proof of payment. Keep your receipt and email it with your details to UMM for manual checking.

Problems and rights

Failure to reach the target does not trigger an automatic refund: the commitment to deliver the reward remains. This condition does not restrict any statutory rights arising from non-performance, inability to deliver or withdrawal where applicable. Report any issue to elabismometalpub@proton.me with your receipt. The right of withdrawal is not excluded as a general rule; its provisions and possible exceptions depend on the specific service or item and applicable law. Earlier contributions retain the conditions offered when they were made; this update does not reduce those rights.

Before contributing, email us about any outstanding details you need: the delivery date and alternative arrangements, sizes and the contents of the surprise. No opening date has been confirmed.

Privacy

UMM is responsible for the information it receives by email to answer enquiries, identify contributions and manage rewards. The form is processed temporarily in your browser: it neither sends nor saves data on a server or in local storage. Preparing an email is not the same as sending it. UMM can receive it only if you send it from your email app. No data is transferred to Viva from this form.

We ask for your name, email address and its confirmation, plus the reward and amount; do not send card details. The purpose is to manage your request and reward, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or the relevant relationship; tax and accounting duties are fulfilled on the basis of legal obligations. Your details are not published and you are not signed up for advertising.

Data received by UMM will be retained during processing and for the applicable statutory periods. Hosting, email and payment providers act according to their roles and terms; specific information about providers and possible transfers must be requested from UMM. Viva processes the information you enter on its own platform under its own privacy information.

Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at elabismometalpub@proton.me, and lodge a complaint with the AEPD.

Cookies and external services

This package includes no analytics, advertising, first-party cookies or persistent storage of form data. Visual resources are served locally. Viva and WhatsApp open only when their links are used and apply their own policies. Hosting may generate technical logs; any additional tool installed in Hostinger must be reviewed and reflected in this information.
